Here is Jeannie again to report what we did for People First in June. In June we went to the Pecan Farm in Hurricane, Utah. We toured the farm and learned about the Pecan trees and the machinery. We also learned how pecans are grown and how much water they need to grow. I was in charge of the activity this month and the pecan farm owner was my cousin. She gave everyone a bag of shelled pecans to take home with them.
